Alameda’s has the following shares for sale

Share 10 – Price $150K unit 19

Share 9 – Price $125K (resale) unit 4

Alameda’s issued 9 shares for sale in 2015. 

The coop recently approved issuing 2 more shares, #10 and #11.

 In-house financing is   not offered at this time.

Process for purchase

1.   Fill out application to join Coop – pay $50 fee.

Review “By Laws” and “Occupancy agreement”

Interview with coop board.

2.   If approved for membership, the process for “closing” the share sale will be facilitated through Clark Folk Title (CFT) in Thompson Falls.

Payment will be made through CFT.
