Description:
Join us under the beautiful Big Sky and celebrate the seasonal transition into Autumn with Yoga, dancing, delicious food, healing waters, and wonderful friends. The weekend will be filled with daily Yoga classes inside of Alamedas Geo Dome. The Yoga classes will strengthen, calm, and support your body, mind, and spirit as we cross over into Autumn. Each Yoga class is appropriate for All Levels of experience. In addition, each class will begin with a 20 minute lecture highlighting Ayurveda, the Sister Health Science to Hatha Yoga. Thank you so much. It is a wonderful place to stay, so cozy and warm in the cabins. I hope to live in a place like this someday.
